Best Wedding Venues in Ithaca & the Finger Lakes

Planning a wedding in Ithaca, NY or the Finger Lakes? You’re in luck—this region is full of unique, stunning wedding venues that suit every style, from rustic farm weddings to elegant inns, lakeside ceremonies, and dramatic waterfall backdrops.

I’m Anna, an Ithaca wedding photographer, and I’ve photographed weddings at all of these locations! Below is a curated guide to some of the best wedding venues in Ithaca and the Finger Lakes, with tips on what makes each one special and ideal for photography.

1. Ithaca Farmers Market

A vibrant and lively location perfect for couples who want a relaxed celebration. The mix of local flavor, being next to the water and rustic charm makes it such a fun and unique venue! The market is located near downtown Ithaca, has a large parking lot and is right on the water. Note - you will need to plan for your wedding after the market is closed so if it's a weekend it will need to be an evening wedding.

2. Gratitude & Grace

A beautiful indoor-outdoor venue with a gorgeous barn and lovely grounds. One of my personal favorite spots to photograph. You and your wedding party can stay on site in the beautiful old farmhouse. I love all the different spots you can capture amazing photos. For larger weddings you can set up a tent outside. Gratitude and Grace is located 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca.

Best for: medium-sized weddings, indoor-outdoor flow
